Exchange and Return Policy
TERMS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE
We want you to be delighted with your Vaaha’s purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with no damage, stains, or marks of any kind. Only size exchanges of items are applicable and we cannot do style exchanges.
If you are uncertain about sizing or believe there is an issue with your order, please email us at vaahacouture@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the exchange process. We may request additional information or photographs to help us assess your request, so please assist our team as needed. Once your exchange is approved, you will be asked to ship the item to our specified address.
Please note, the cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility. For domestic exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you. For international exchanges, all shipping and any applicable customs duties must be borne by the customer.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMISED ORDERS
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or specially ordered items, as these pieces are crafted specifically for you and approved prior to production.
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmation for additional modifications. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee modifications.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Size Exchange: If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item.
- Please note: Style exchange of an order is not applicable.

Size exchange for custom made orders is not possible. We do not have a return policy and orders can only be size exchanged.

Defective Product Exchange: If you receive a defective product, please take a video recording while opening the package and email it to vaahacouture@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery for the team to check.
- No Return Policy: We do not offer returns. Exchanges are available only for sizing issues or defective products. Style exchanges cannot be done.
